Dr. Shelly-Ann Williams Dakarai was born and raised in St. Vincent and the Grenadines. She is board certified in both pediatrics and neonatal-perinatal medicine. Dr. Dakarai also holds a Master in Public Health degree in the area of Health Services Policy and Management. Dr. Dakarai currently works as a neonatologist in Winston Salem North Carolina. Dr. Dakarai is passionate about delivering health care services to those in need.
